Winter storm warning Monday; snow totals increased for metro Richmond area

The Richmond metro area (including Chesterfield County, Powhatan County, Henrico County, and Goochland County) is under a winter storm warning Monday; forecast models have increased snow totals through Monday afternoon to 3-4 inches in these areas, with lighter amounts further south, east, and north, and higher for areas west. Temperatures will start out in the mid 30s and fall through the day as snow moves in, into the low 30s or upper 20s.
