Sun returns to end the weekend, dry and warmer weather this week

Cloudiness will finally depart the region tomorrow (Sunday), and temperatures will rise to around 80 across Virginia and Maryland into next week. Dry weather under sunny skies will dominate our weather for the rest of the week. Only a slight chance for a spotty shower or two next Friday/Saturday with a cold front that will sweep sharply cooler air back into the Mid-Atlantic…I’m seeing low 40s/upper 30s in the valley, and mid 40s in/around the Richmond area for overnight low temperatures!
