Staying dry, and heating up late week, but rain chances return next week

Mostly sunny skies will continue through the rest of the week with low chances for afternoon/evening storms, and temperatures will steadily climb from the upper 70s/low 80s, into the mid to upper 80s from Wednesday on, though with dew points still comfortable in the 50s, increasing slightly on Friday and Saturday. Our next chance for showers and storms is Monday, with afternoon storm chances hanging around much of that week across Virginia and Maryland.
