Scorching temperatures, drought continue

No relief in sight from the heat or the dry weather…temperatures will only rise this upcoming weekend with triple digits likely, and close to 100 for much of next week. Our only chance at rain comes Monday with a very weak front…only about a 30% chance for a few spotty afternoon storms. Otherwise, we’re in for quite a dry spell for at least another week or two.
