Hurricane Erin keeps her distance; cooler next week with spotty showers

Hurricane Erin is still expected to stay safely at sea for the remainder of its life, so impacts to the east coast will be minimal aside from rough surf and a threat for rip tides. Winds will be out of the east much of next week, which will spell clouds and spotty shower chances from Tuesday on, and cap our temperatures in the low 80s (and maybe some upper 70s).
