Frosty Tuesday morning, milder rest of the week

Freeze warnings are in effect from Richmond east and southeast to the Bay and down towards Virginia Beach through Tuesday morning for temperatures in the low 30s. We’ll also have a wind chill to deal with through noon on Tuesday, in the 20s. Thankfully, temperatures warm a bit the rest of the week with highs around 50 and lows in the upper 30s. High pressure will keep us dry straight through next weekend.
