Fire weather watch for Saturday; colder Sunday

All of western and central Virginia is under a fire weather watch for Saturday due to low dew points, warm temperatures, and winds gusting to 30 mph at times. Burn bans are in effect in and around the valley.

Temperatures will cool after Saturday with 30s returning for overnight lows and highs in the upper 50s to low 60s. Widespread rain (about an inch for most of us) is on tap for Tuesday with our next big front moving through, ushering in colder air for Thanksgiving into the following weekend.
