Decent rain chances this week

Apologies for the delay, I was out of town this past weekend for a conference.

Temperatures will start out on a toasty note early in the week with highs in the mid to upper 80s, then cool off a bit from Tuesday through Thursday as instability in the afternoon will mean pretty good chances for showers and storms each day, becoming more widespread across Virginia on Wednesday in particular. Some areas could see over an inch by the end of the week!
