Cold and quiet week ahead but more winter weather chances lurk late month/early February

We’ll finally dry out this week but after a relatively mild reprieve Sunday and Monday, frigid temperatures return Tuesday through at least Thursday. Despite sunny skies we’ll see overnight lows dip back into the low 20s and teens, and highs in the low to mid 30s, with 40s returning Friday. Another storm system arrives next Saturday evening or Sunday which will be all rain at this point.
