Cloudiness lingers into early week; temperatures stay cool

Cloudiness will linger the next few days, but dry weather will prevail through Thursday. Temperatures will hold steady in the upper 60s and low 70s. Another coastal low will try to get going on Friday (non-tropical this time), and that could spell more showers for eastern Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland off and on through the weekend and possibly into early next week.

It’s looking likely that for all intents and purposes, summer is done here in Virginia. I’m not seeing anything above the mid 70s in the next 10-12 days at this point.
