Chilly start to the week but sunny skies return

Might see a few light snow showers early Sunday morning north of Richmond but otherwise, partly cloudy skies Sunday and quite chilly, in the mid to upper 30s. Chilly weather hangs around through Tuesday, then milder air moves in mid to late week with 50s and possibly low 60s as well. High pressure will keep us sunny and dry from Monday on.
