A few more showers Sunday-Tuesday, then dry pattern returns

Dry weather returns today, along with at partly sunny skies, so that will boost temperatures into the low 80s this afternoon. A weak system passing through tomorrow will bring more clouds and very spotty light showers, mostly across the western half of Virginia, lingering Monday and Tuesday, then dry weather settles in for the rest of this upcoming week, with highs sitting in the upper 70s, then low 70s Thursday and Friday after a dry cold front passes through.
